摘要
目的 :观察自动捕蝇器的捕蝇效果。方法 :将捕蝇器放置于模拟室中央离地面 1.2m高处 ,在滚筒上加涂引诱剂 ,连续开启 4h记录捕获蝇数。结果 :连续开启 4h的平均捕获率为87.83% ,分时段捕捉的累计 4h家蝇平均捕获率为 51.33% ,差异有非常显著意义。结论 :根据家蝇的聚集现象 ,可提高捕蝇器的捕蝇率。
To evaluate the efficacy of catching flies ( Musca domestica ) by an auto fly capturer in a standard analogous site test room. The results showed that this type auto fly capturer took concerted with the pheromones of Musca domestida , the average rate of catch flies was 87.83% in 4h by a continuous processing test; The average rate was 51.33% added up 4h by a separate processing test. There was much more difference between a continuous and a separate group by statistic test ( P < 0.001 ), a continuous pattern showed a better efficacy of catching flies. The results pointed out that Musca domestica have an assembly habits, which possessed a surely affection to increasing catching rate.
