摘要
目的观察口服自拟通腑祛浊灌肠汤对急性阑尾炎手术后肠功能恢复的疗效。方法选择60例急性阑尾炎手术患者随机分为2组,分别为治疗组32例、对照组28例。治疗组术后在抗感染、止血、补液治疗的基础上配合自拟通腑祛浊灌肠汤灌肠治疗。对照组术后只行常规治疗。结果对其肠功能恢复情况作测定,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论自拟通腑祛浊灌肠汤对急性阑尾炎手术后肠功能恢复有较好的疗效。
Objective We observed the effect of self-made Tongfu Quzhuo Enema soup on the recovery of intestinal function after appendectomy.Methods 60 patients with acute appendicitis were randomly divided into 2 groups,For the treatment group were 32 cases,28 cases of control group.The Treatment group were Treated by Enema,which were based on the Anti-infection,hematischesis,fluid infusion treatment with self-made Tongfu Quzhuo Enema soup,The control group only received conventional treatment.Results We observed the recovery of intestinal function after appendectomy,Two groups had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The Self-made Tongfu Quzhuo Enema soup has better effect on the recovery of intestinal function after appendectomy.
