当今知识经济时代,人才就是经济力量。人力资源管理可以更好的优化人才配置,激发员工的潜在能力及综合素质的提高。现代经济的发展的实现表明,人力资源不仅是地区经济发展的前提,更是地区经济增长的源泉之一。开发人力资源深度和广度的大小,最终影响的是企业的经济效益和发展前途。如何正确对待人力资源与经济发展的关系,是摆在管理者面前的一个重要难题。
In era of knowledge-driven economy,talent is economic power.Human resource management can better optimize configuration of talents and motivate their potential ability and enhance the comprehensive quality.The practice of modern economic development shows that human resource is not only the precondition of regional economic development,but also one of the sources of the regional economic growth.The degree and extent of developing human resource finally affects economic benefit and development prospect of the enterprise.How to deal with the relationship between human resources and economic development is one of the important problems that the managers have to face.
