浅埋暗挖双联拱大跨隧道下穿既有线综合施工技术 被引量:8

摘要 京石客专石家庄六线隧道下穿既有石太直通线暗挖段,采用浅埋暗挖施工技术,应用扣轨加固、动态注浆、超前支护、监控量测等辅助措施采取"中洞法+CRD法"施工,对暗挖大跨隧道实施分部开挖、依次衬砌。在不封锁既有线路的情况下,浅埋暗挖大跨度隧道下穿既有铁路的综合施工技术,具有确保既有线正常运营、施工受制约干扰小、安全高效等优点,为隧道下穿既有线施工提供了有益借鉴。 Beijing—Shijiazhuang Passenger Railway Line 6 at Shijiazhuang concealed excavation section beneth existing railway uses the technology of shallow embedment and concealed excavation,and applies the supporting measures such as reinforcement,dynamic grouting,advance support,monitoring and surveying and combines hole method and CRD method together,implements partial excavation,lining in turn.Under the situation that the existing line runs,the shallow embedment and concealed excavation beneath the existing railway technology can ensure the normal operation of existing line,construction limitation and interference is little,and is safe and efficient,providing useful reference for the construction of tunnel beneath existing line.
