摘要
目的 观察润肠片治疗慢性功能性便秘临床疗效。方法 治疗组 1 0 5例口服润肠片 ;对照组 33例口服果导片。结果 治疗组治愈 82例 ,好转 1 9例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率为96.1 9% ;对照组治愈 1 3例 ,好转 1 1例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为 72 .73%。经χ2 检验 ,2组总有效率有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 润肠片具有促进肠道蠕动、调节肠黏膜分泌吸收功能、加速肠内容物下行作用 。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Runchang tablet on chronic function constipation. Methods One hundred and thirtyeight patients with chronic function constipation were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=105) Runchang tablet was taken orally and in control group (n=33) Guodao tablet was taken orally.Results The total effective rate (96.19%) were significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group (72.73%, P<0.01). Conclusions Runchang tablet, which improves intestinal peristalsis and adjusts functions of intestinal mucus, can produce definitively therapeutic effect on chronic function constipation.
