摘要
在高校教学活动过程中存在着教师教学投入不可观测、教学产出不可衡量和评教难以标准化的属性。在分析上述教学活动过程本质特性的基础上,对传统的教务处行政管理和现代的师生共同管理两种方式分别进行了讨论。结果表明,所分析的本质属性决定了任何单一的高校教学过程管理方式都具有其局限性,因而建议按照现代教育管理的思路,构建"教务行政管理与师生共同管理"相结合的复合模式,以发挥出不同的教学活动过程管理方式之间的互补作用。
There are several essential attributes in the college teaching. The devotion of every teacher is unpredictable while the corresponding output is immeasurable. In addition, there is no standard measurement to evaluate teaching quality. Based on an analysis of these 3 essential attributes, this paper studies the traditional administrative education management and the modem joint - management by teachers and students. The result shows that due to the 3 essential attributes, each single mode of management has its own limitations. Thus, according to the modern management, "the supervision of the administrative department of education" and" the joint-management by teachers and students" should be combined to make different modes of the teaching activity process management complementary.
