摘要
目的探讨柱状缝合联合肛周肌肉重建术治疗直肠完全脱垂的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析采用柱状缝合联合肛周肌肉重建术治疗直肠完全脱垂患者的临床资料。结果该术式可以显著提高肛管直肠内压力,明显改善患者的便秘,一定程度上缓解大便失禁。除此之外,术后并发症较少且并不严重,复发率15%。结论柱状缝合联合肛周肌肉重建术是治疗直肠完全脱垂的一种有效的手术方法,尤其适合年老体弱者。
Objective To investigate an effective operation method to treat completely rectal prolapse.Methods To analyze the clinical data of 20 patients with completely rectal prolapse（CRP） treated by stylolitic suture combined with anorectal muscle reconstruction（SS-AMR）.Results This operation can improve the level of anorectal pressure notably,relieve the symptom of constipation obviously,and soften the symptom of fecal incontinence to some extent.Besides,complications are little and not serious,and recurrence rate is 15%.Conclusion SS-AMR is an effective method to treat CRP,especially for old sick patients.
