摘要
为了对改性树脂的破乳效果和相关机理进行研究,采用四丁基溴化铵和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵改性离子交换树脂制备新型填料用于乳化油废水处理.实验结果表明,在相同操作条件下,改性树脂的除油能力明显高于未改性树脂.通过测量油滴的Zeta电位和粒径分布研究了改性树脂的破乳机理,证明表面活性剂能显著影响油滴的Zeta电位,进而增强了破乳效率.
To study the effect of demulsification of modified resin and related mechanism,tetrabutyl ammonium bromide and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide were used to modify ion exchange resin to prepare a novel packing material for treating emulsified oil wastewater.The results indicate that,modified resin demonstrates a better oil removal capacity than the un-modified resins under same conditions.In addition,the oil removal mechanism was studied by zeta potential test and oil droplet measurement.The surfactant influences the oil droplets zeta potential significantly and therefore enhances the demulsification process.
