摘要
就港澳高校学生事务管理专业化发展历经的替代家长模式、学生服务模式和学生发展模式三个阶段进行了系统地总结,并探讨了30多年港澳高校学生事务管理的结构扁平化、选聘专业化、角色多元化和工作精细化等特点。
The development of student affairs administration specialization in colleges of Hong Kong and Macao experienced three stages： the alternate parent, student services, and student development model. It has the features of flat organizational structure, professional hiring, role diversity, and fine work.
