摘要
对紫线规划的编制方法进行了创新和探索,并运用到浦东新区紫线规划的编制实践中。搭建了"总则+分图则"的紫线规划框架,在深度和广度上拓展紫线规划编制方法,提出了一套系统的紫线规划技术路线和图则标准。同时,对紫线规划提出建立基于区域史维度的判断视角及"两规合一"的建控地带用地管控思路,使紫线划定能够适应动态的城市发展,将历史建筑保护融入地区整体发展和更新的秩序中。
This paper innovates and explores the method of the purple line planning,which applies to the Pudong New Area Purple Line Planning.Building a ＂General Provisions Detailed Diagram＂ framework,it proposes a systematic technology roadmap and figure standards,which expand the method of the purple line plan on the depth and breadth.Meanwhile,the paper proposes the perspective on the judgement of the regional history dimension,as well as land controlling built on ＂merging city planning and land planning into one＂ idea,so that the delineated purple lines are able to adapt to dynamic urban development,on which way can the protection of historic buildings integrate into the region＇s whole development and renewal process.
