摘要
探讨理性情绪训练在中国家长中的实施性。方法 :采用艾利斯的心理治疗理论(ABC) ,对 10 6名国内家长进行了不合理信念调查 ,并对 4 1名家长进行为期三周的干预训练。结果 :调查表明中国家长对孩子主要是绝对化要求 ,且小学的家长比初中的家长更趋于对孩子更多地不合理要求 ,不合理信念多。经干预后 ,家长的焦急情绪有显著性改善 ,SAS干预前后评分显著下著 ,提示家长的不合理情绪与行为并不是直接由孩子的所作所为引起的 ,而是由家长自己的不合理信念、思维引起的 ,不合理信念、思维 ,可以通过理性情绪训练来改变 ,从而改变家长的不合理情绪与行为。结论 :理性情绪训练具有提高家长心理卫生的作用 。
Objective: To explore the applicability of rational emotive therapy in Chinese parents Methods: A total of 104 parents were sampled randomly and inquired based on the ABC(Activating events,Belief system,Consequences)psychotherapy theory of A Ellis,and 41 parents received intervention for three weeks Results:The survey suggested that Chinese parents' demands had a tendency of absolutization,and the parents of pupils demanded more their children than those of middle school students and had more irrational ideas After intervention,the anxiety of these parents improved with significant decrease of the score of SAS Their irrational emotions and behaviors were not caused directly by children's behaviors but the irrational ideas and thoughts of themselves These ideas and thoughts could be corrected by rational emotive therapy Conclusion:The rational emotive training can improve the psychological quality of parents and deserves to be generalized
