汽车柴油机Urea-SCR催化剂的对比研究

摘要 Urea基础的SCR可以满足欧Ⅳ、欧Ⅴ的NOx排放要求。轻型和重型货车只有使用催化装置才能达到排放法规。一般讲,轻型货车使用低温催化剂,而重型货车采用高温催化剂和高空速比。通过对Fe沸石、Cu沸石在工作温度范围、NO2/NOx比例、伴生N2O等方面的特性进行了详细比较。得出结论:在低温条件下,Cu沸石的活性更好;在高温条件下,Fe沸石的活性更好。 Urea-based Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR) has the potential to meet EuroⅣ and EuroⅤfor NOx.The Operating and driving conditions of LD and HD vehicle make it necessary to custom catalyst features to the application.Generally,LD applications require SCR catalysts to function well at low temperature whereas HD applications require functionality at high temperature and high space velocity.A detailed comparison is made between the basic catalytic activity of Cu/zeolite and Fe/zeolite functions,involving the temperature profile,the NO2/NOx ratio and N2O formed.The conclusions are that,at low temperature catalytic activity of Cu/zeolite is better than that of Fe/zeolite;at high temperature catalytic activity of Fe/zeolite is better than that of Cu/zeolite.
