摘要
基于竞争优势、比较优势、核心竞争力等理论,该文构建了由实际竞争力、潜在竞争力、产业供需结构、产业环境4个方面24个指标组成的电子信息制造业竞争力模型。以2007-2009年统计数据为依据,采用因子分析法对东、中、西部18个省份的竞争力进行了实证比较研究。结果表明:电子信息制造业竞争力可划分为产业发展混合因子、产业要素环境因子、产业经济效益因子、产业转化与创新能力因子和产业成长潜力因子五大综合因子。陕西综合竞争力得分较低,产业经济效益和产业转化与创新能力因子得分最低,而产业成长潜力因子得分则相对较高。最后,立足产业基础,以及新兴战略产业培育、新一轮西部大开发和产业梯度转移,提出相应发展对策建议。
The author in this paper sets up an evaluation model for the electronic information manufacturing industry consisting of four aspects as the actual competitiveness,potential competitiveness,industrial supply-demand structure and industrial environment,and 24 indices.Based on the statistics data from the year 2007 thru 2009,the author adopts the factor analysis method to conduct the comparison study on the competitiveness of 18 east,central and west provinces respectively.After making the conclusion,the author also lays out several relevant solutions in a bid to raise the competitiveness of the electronic information manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province.
