摘要 经皮给药系统(TDDS)是一种无创伤性给药方式的新剂型。不同结构类型的TDDS具有不同的释药模式。根据药物的不同特点可选择不同的促透技术,常用的促透技术有化学渗透促进剂、离子导入、电穿孔、超声导入、微针等物理化学和药剂学方法。已上市的数十种TDDS在临床应用中均取得了很好的疗效。TDDS将是国内外新药研究的主要方向之一,具有广阔的发展前景。 Transdermal drug delivery system(TDDS)is a kind of new preparation for no traumatic medicine way.The different structure types of TDDS have different patterns of drug release.According to the different characteristics of the drug different methods of percutaneous penetration can be chosen,such as penetration chemical enhancers,iontophoresis,electroporation,phonophoresis,and microneedles etc..Dozens of TDDS in the market have obtained good curative effect in the clinical application.TDDS has wide development prospects,will be the main direction of new drug research in and out of China.
