摘要
加强辅导员工作建设,能极大推动高校大学生思想政治水平的提高。辅导员专业理论水平不高、辅导员队伍的结构有待丰富和完善、不够重视辅导员工作的实践性、辅导员的保障机制不够健全等等是当前高校辅导员工作存在的实际问题。针对上述问题,应提升辅导员的专业理论素养和职业水平、建设职业工作者队伍、注重工作的实践性、积极拓展思政教育的工作方式、落实政策切实完善辅导员保障机制等等,以期能实实在在地推进高校辅导员工作,促进我国高校的发展。
Strengthening the construction of Counselors＇ work can greatly promote the ideological and politicallevel of university students. At present, there exist some problems, such as some counselos＇ lack ofprofessional theory,irrational structure of the counselors＇ team, less attention to the practicality of thecounselors work, and imperfect counselors＇safeguard mechanism. This paper presents some suggestions andmeasures to strengthen the work of college counselors, such as to enhance the counselors work in professionaltheory,expand the work style＂ of the ideological and political education, implement the policies effectively to improve the conselors＇ safeguard mechanism, etc., in order to truly improve the work of college counselors and to promote the development of colleges and universities in our country.
