摘要
我们收集了我院1996年12月～1998年10月期间细菌培养及药敏试验的结果进行分析。1051株致病菌中,革兰氏阴性杆菌726株,占72.5％,其中大肠埃希氏菌314株,铜绿假孢菌143株。革兰氏阳性球菌289株,占27.5％,其中凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌227株,金黄色葡萄球菌33株。革兰氏阴性杆菌对氨苄青霉素的耐药率达92.1％,对头孢类抗生素的耐药率为40.2％～46.0％,对丁氨卡那霉素的耐药率较低为22.4％。
Among 1051 strains of pathogenic bacteria, 762 strrains of gram - negetive pole - bacteria and 289 strains of gram - positive spherical bacteria accounted for 72.5% and 27.5% . 3l4strains of Escherichia coli and 143 strains of Pseudomenas aeruginosa were found in gramnegetive pole - bacteria and 227 strains of clotase negetive Staphylococus and 33 strains of S. aureus in gram - positive spherical bacteria. The rate of resistant to Ampicillin, Cefo - antibiotics and Amicacin were respectively 90.6% , 40.2%-46.0% and 22.4% .
