摘要
目的 :研究醒酒糖保护肝脏的作用机制。方法 :通过饲料中添加醒酒糖 ,对乙醇灌胃大鼠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)、谷胱甘肽 (GSH)、醇脱氢酶 (ADH)、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)活性 ,以及肝 /体重百分比和血醇浓度的变化作了观察。结果 :醒酒糖可明显减少酒后肝脏上述四种酶含量及肝 /体重量百分比的降低 ,并使血醇浓度显著下降。结论 :醒酒糖具有一定促进乙醇在体内代谢并保护肝脏的作用。
Objective:To study the function of Sober-up Candy. Methods: By adding Sober-up Candy to the diets,the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),reduced glutathione(GSH),alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) and glutathione S-transferase(GST), and the weight proportion of liver to body and the ethanol concentration in the blood were measured in rats. Results: Sober-up Candy could reduce the decreasing of these four enzymes , activity and weight proportion of liver to body, and could decrease significantly the ethanol concentration in blood of ethanol fed rats. Conclusion: Sober-up Candy had the function to protect liver from injuries induced by ethanol.
