摘要
当前我国各省市地方政府正在贯彻中央方针大力推动保障性住房建设。围绕装配整体式保障性住房建设,从建筑设计的适用性与近远期结合方面,深入探讨保障性住房在满足现阶段居住标准建设的情况下,又能适应并兼顾未来不同家庭人口结构和居住者的需求及可持续发展。
At present,our country＇s each provincial and municipal government is implementing central government＇s policies and forcefully pushing forward construction of welfare-oriented housing.It deeply discusses welfare-oriented housing that both satisfies construction of present living standard and adapts to and gives consideration to different family population structure in future and resident’s demands and sustainable development,from aspects of adaptability of building design and combination of near and far future centering on construction of fabricated monolithic welfare-oriented housing
