摘要
工业炉窑设备运行过程中,会产生大量的高温余热烟气,一般通过锅炉设备产生蒸汽,一类用于工业生产的供热或生产、生活采暖,另一类用于发电,从而达到能源回收利用的目的。在铝用炭素行业,由于阳极制造成型工序通过消耗大量的燃料加热导热油,并通过导热油为生产提供大量、稳定的热能。本文对铝用炭素生产过程中,利用煅烧产生的高温余热烟气替代燃料,加热成型导热油技术的应用进行论述。
Plenty of high-temperature fume is produced in the operation of industrial furnace equip- ment, which is normally recycled to produce thermal power, or for daily life heating as well as power gen- eration. In aluminum carbon industry, the anodes manufacture process consumes large amounts of HTM oil by which stable thermal power is supplied for the production. This paper discussed the implement of the technology of heating HTM oil with margin thermal fume from the carbon calcinations shop.
