艾燃烧生成物对SAMP8小鼠血清Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响 被引量:30

Effect of Artemisia burning products on Th1/Th2 cytokines in serum of SAMP8 mice

摘要 目的:观察艾燃烧生成物对SAMP8小鼠血清Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法:选用6月龄SAMP8小鼠70只,采用2×3析因设计,随机分为模型组和6个艾烟干预组,每组10只;另以10只同月龄SAMR1作为正常组。6个艾烟干预组分别用相应浓度和时间的艾烟进行熏灸。以血清γ扰素(IFN-γ)和白介素-4(IL-4)含量作为检测指标。结果:模型组小鼠血清IFN-γ水平显著高于正常组,而IL-4水平则显著低于正常组(P<0.05);艾烟干预各组小鼠血清IFN-γ和IL-4水平或与模型组相当,或优于模型组;析因分析显示,时间和浓度两因素对血清IFN-γ和IL-4含量的影响不存在交互作用。时间因素对血清IFN-γ和IL-4的含量无影响,但浓度因素对两者含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:一定浓度的艾烟可以通过对Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡的调节而起到显著的抗衰老作用。 Objective: To study the effect of Artemisia burning products on Thl/Th2 cytokines in serum of SAMP8 mouse. Methods: According to 2x3 factorial experiment design, 70 SAMP8 mice were randomized into 6 intervention groups and one model control group with 10 cases in each group. 10 age-matched SAMR1 mice were used as normal control group. Fume the 6 intervention groups with artemisia burning products of different concentration and time. The content of serum IFN-γ and IL-4 were tested by ELISA after 4 weeks. Results: IFN-γ content in model control group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P〈0.05), while IL-4 content in model control group was significantly lower than that in normal control group (P〈0.05). The contents of IFN-γ and IL-4 in 6 intervention groups were either of no statistically significant differences, or higher than that in model control group. The results of factorial analysis showed that both time and concentration had no interaction on contents of IFN-γ and IL-4. The time factor showed no influence on contents of IFN-γ and IL-4, while the concentration factor can significantly influence the contents of both (P〈0.05). Conclusion: With certain concentration, the intervention of artemisia burning products can exert function of anti-aging through the regulation of the balance of Thl/Th2 cytokines.
