摘要
企业的经营活动可以根据企业经营价值的影响分成若干个小的活动,这些活动被称为价值活动。大型工程项目资金占用规模大、时间长,容易发生财务风险,传统的工程项目实施中一般只考虑工程技术细节。随着我国市场化不断深入,资金的时间价值成为大型工程项目实施中的难点,采用资本运营模式创新可以有效地解决该问题。
According to an enterprise＇s operation value,the whole business activities can be divided into lots of small-scale activities which are regarded as value activities.Large engineering projects that cost a large sum of money and take up too much time usually involve financial risk and traditional ones only take the details of engineering technology into consideration.With the deeper development of the socialist market economy,the time value of funds has become one of the difficulties in the construction of large engineering projects.The paper holds that the employment of innovative capital operation mode can solve the problem efficiently.
