摘要
中国西南少数民族与毗邻国家越南、老挝、缅甸等国家多个民族之间存在着天然的同生共源关系,诸多民族皆为跨国民族。近二十年多年来,中国西南地区的跨国婚姻问题渐为学界所关注,而跨国婚姻问题尤以中越边境的跨国婚姻问题为甚。跨国婚姻实质为跨国民族婚姻,其中涉及的问题不仅仅是法律法规层面的滞后性,更多涉及民族文化方面的深层次问题。文章将在总结前人研究成果的基础上,尝试采用更多的视角观察分析相关问题。
Minorities in the southwest of China have the nature and common sources with a lot of ethnic groups in neighbor countries such as Vietnam、Laos、Myanmar, etc. In about the last twenty years, the transnational marriage problems are gradually concerned by the academic field in these regions, and the problems in Sino-Vietnamese border are extremely serious. In fact, most of these transnational marriages happen in transnational ethnic groups. The problems are not only because of the laws’ lagging-behind, but also related to the ethnic cultures in a deeper lever. This article tried to analyze these problems with more angles on the base of reviewing the others’ studies.
