摘要
目的探讨神经导航在颅内深部小病灶手术切除中的作用。方法对12例颅内深部小病灶患者,行神经导航影像扫描及弥散张量成像-纤维示踪(DTI-FT),在导航仪上进行两者影像融合。术中神经导航引导手术入路,避开纤维束,精确定位深部小病灶并切除。结果术后12例患者运动、语言、视觉功能与术前均相同。术后病理为5例海绵状血管瘤,3例动静脉畸形,2例星形细胞瘤,1例脑膜瘤,1例脑囊虫病。结论神经导航定位准确,可达到对颅内深部小病灶的切除及神经功能最大保护的目的 。
Objective To explore the utility of neuronavigation system for resection of intracranial deep small lesions. Methods Twelve cases of patients with intracranail deep small lesions were examined by 3D-T1 and DTI-FT. The images of 3D- T1 and DTI-FT were integrated on navigation systems. Under the guidance of navigator intraoperative to get out of the way of pyramidal tract and remove the intracranail deep small lesions through the exact location. Results The funtion of motion, speech, vision were same compared with preoperative in 12 patients. The pathology of intracranail deep small lesions were with five cavernous angiomas, three arteriovenous malformation, two astrocytoma, one meningothelioma, one cerebral cysticerco- ses. Conclusion Neuronavigation system can provide an accurate localization for intracranail deep small lesions which can be maximumly resected by navigation under the microscope while minimizing the injury of nerve function.
