摘要
分析普通的水冷螺杆式冷水机组在冬季制冷时会出现的问题,提出冷水机组全年制冷的几种方案,并对这几种方案进行详细分析。最后结合某冷水机组全年制冷改造项目对这几种方案进行经济性分析,给出水冷螺杆式冷水机组过渡季与冬季安全运行时冷凝侧的防范节能措施。
The problems of common water-cooled screw chiller in winter are analyzed. A few annual refrigerating schemes are presented and their detailed analysis is proposed. The economy of the schemes is analyzed combined with the annual refrigerating transformation project of water-cooled screw chiller. The precaution and energy-saving measures for condensation side are obtained when water-cooled screw chiller is safely operating in transitional season and winter.
