摘要
采用新型大孔吸附树脂NG-13,对2-萘酚生产过程中产生的高浓度含β-萘磺酸废水进行吸附处理。结果表明,经树脂吸附处理后,废水中β-萘磺酸质量浓度由8 500 mg/L降低为1 000 mg/L以下,β-萘磺酸回收率大于87%,树脂经脱附后可重复使用。该处理工艺投资少、运行稳定、操作简便且已实现工业化。
The wastewater with high concentrate of β-naphthalene sulfonic acid, which is produced in the productive process of 2-naphtholum, is adsorbed by a new macroporous resin NG-13.The results showed that the concentration of β--naphthalene sulfonic acid in wastewater is down from 8500mg/L to 1000mg/L, and the reclaim coefficient of β-naphthalene sulfonic acid is more than 87%.Moreover, the resin can be reused after desorption.The craft is advanced with little investment,stability circulation, simple manipulation, and the craft has been achieved industrialisation.
