摘要
目的 :通过研究获知我院具高耐药率 ,高交叉耐药率的致病菌 ,如不动杆菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌、耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌 (MRCNS)、D肠球菌的耐药谱及 3年耐药性变迁。方法 :收集本院 1995年 7月~ 1998年 6月临床标本中分离的细菌 2 2 88株 ,按双歧索引法鉴定菌种 ,用抗菌药敏纸片及 HZ-定量细菌药敏测试板 ,按美国质量标准委员会 (NCCL S) 1995、1997年标准判断结果。结果 :5种致病菌对临床常用抗菌药物耐药率均在 40 %以上 ,交叉耐药率也达 6 0 %以上。结论 :我院高耐药性致病菌检出率 3年中显著上升。防治其产生的根本方法是合理使用抗菌药。
AIM: To investigate the pathogen's durg resistant spectrum and the variation of drug resistance during 3 years. These pathogens with high drug resistant rate and high cross drug resistant rates were seperated from our hospital. They were Acinetobater, P. maltophilia, Enterococcus and methicillin resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus (MRCNS). METHODS: We identified the bacterial flora of 2 288 stems of bacteria that were isolated from clinic between July, 1995 and June, 1998 with Bifido Index Method. The result based on the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS). RESULTS: All the pathogens' drug resistant rates were more than 40%, cross drug resistant rates were more than 60%. CONCLUSION: The high drug resistant pathogens' appearant rate of our hospital raised apparantly in the past 3 a. The basic method of prevention is to use antibiotics more reasonably.
