摘要
北京奥运会、广州亚运会中国体育健儿的优异表现已载入史册,又一次向世人展示了中国人民自强不息、顽强拼搏的精神面貌。同时,再一次证明了"体育发展依靠体育科技进步"的时代潮流。纵观我国体育科技的发展史,经历了从无到有、从小到大、从弱到强的发展历程。但是应当要清醒地认识到,同世界先进水平相比还有一段距离,我国的体育科技还存在着外部环境不理想、科研人员素质有待提高、科技投入不足、科技成果产出效率不高、科技成果转化慢等问题。进入21世纪,我国政府提出了"提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家"的发展方针,体育科技领域应以此为契机,努力探索出一条具有中国特色的体育科技自主创新之路,推动我国体育事业的全面协调可持续发展。
The brilliant performance of Chinese athletes in Beijing Olympic Games and Guangzhou Asian Games, demonstrated the spirit of striving tenaciously that has gone down in history. Furthermore that proved the trend of times that the development of sports depended on the science and technology. Throughout the development history of it, Chinese sports science and technology grew out of nothing, expanded from a small to a large, and improved from weak to strong. In the meanwhile, we should realized clearly there is still a gap between Chinese and world advanced level, that the external environment is not ideal, the quality of scientific personal is not high, the investment for developing the science and technology is not enough, the production of science and technology achievements is not too much and transfer of it is not very fast. In the 21st century, state government formulated the developing principle of improving the capability of independent innovation, establishing the innovative country. Taking it as a big opportunity, the Chinese science and technology should explore a way to independent innovation with Chinese characteristics, and promote the development of Chinese sports sustainably.
