摘要 针对管道检测器定位和卡堵问题,研制了一种基于超低频电磁场的便携式管道检测器实时定位装置。根据磁偶极子的磁场分布特点和超低频电磁场的传播特性,设计了随管道检测器同步运行的超低频信号发射器、手持式接收器和数据采集系统,并通过LCD显示器实时显示超低频电磁场的幅值变化情况,以确定检测器的实际位置,并给出了实验测试结果。该装置使用方便,应用灵活,能够准确地定位检测器的实际位置,对管道的维护具有重大的现实意义。 To locate Pipeline PIG and retrieve the lost PIG, a portable pipeline PIG localization system appliance based on extremely low frequency(ELF) electromagnetic field was developed. Based on the characteristics of the magnetic dipole magnetic field distribution and the propagation of ELF electromagnetic field, an emitter, a portable receiver and a data acquisition module were developed, and a LCD display module was used to display the change of the amplitude of the received ELF electromagnetic field to help to locate the PIG. The localization appliance was tested and good resnhs were achieved. The appliance was convenient to use and flexible to accommodate different situation, and can accurately locate the PIG, and would bring great significance to the maintenance work of the pipeline.
