摘要
目的:建立一种便捷、高效、科学的门诊处方事中干预模式,对门诊不合理用药进行实时、有效的干预。方法:根据卫生部《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的要求,结合医院的实际情况,设计事中在线干预流程,委托信息科进行流程改进、完善,最终设计成较好的在线、事中门诊处方干预模式。结果:医院处方质量和合格率有了明显提高,事后处方点评的合格率逐步提高,现达到95%以上,符合卫生部的要求,事中实时的干预奏效。结论:门诊处方事中干预模式可以提高处方点评的时效性和准确性。
Objectives： By establishing a convenient,efficiency and scientific outpatient prescription intervention mode to real time and effective intervention outpatient irrational drug use.Methods： According to ＂prescription management method＂,＂ hospital prescription comment management practices（for Trial Implementation）＂ issued by the Ministry of Health and combining with hospital situation,online matter intervention process was designed.And the process had been improved by hospital information department.Results： Quality and rate of the qualified prescription have improved obviously,the prescription evaluation qualified rate enhances gradually,now reaches more than 95%,which meet the requirements of the Ministry of health,a matter of real-time interventions.Conclusion： Outpatient prescription intervention mode can improve the effectiveness and accuracy of prescription evaluation.
