摘要
目的观察单侧肢体踝牵引对后外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将34例后外侧型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组(n=17)与单侧肢体踝牵引组(n=17),对照组治疗包括骶管注射、手法治疗、银质针松解术。单侧肢体踝牵引组在对照组治疗基础上加用单侧肢体踝牵引。在治疗前,治疗第8、15天分别对所有患者进行视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗第8天,对照组VAS评分平均减少2.58分,单侧肢体踝牵引组患者VAS评分平均减少3.58分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗第15天两组比较,对照组平均减少5.55分,牵引组平均减少5.86分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对后外侧型腰椎间盘突出症患者,加用单侧肢体踝牵引可在治疗早期加快恢复速度。
Objective To explore the curative effects of unilateral lower extremity traction to treat lateral lumbar disc herniation.Methods 34 patients with lateral lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups with 17 patients in each group.Control group：sacral canal injection,silver needle heat conductive treatment and chiropractic.Unilateral lower extremity traction group：unilateral lower extremity traction,the other treatments are the same as control group.Evaluate the curative effect by visual analogue scale（VAS） before treatment,8 days and 15 days after the beginning of the treatment.Results Day 8,the VAS score was reduced by 2.58 on average in control groups A and 3.58 on average in unilateral lovuer extrenity traction groups,the two groups showed significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Unilateral lower extremity traction can accelerate the rate of recovery in the early stage of lateral lumbar disc herniation.
