摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中黄芩甙含量。样品经乙醇-水(75+25)溶液萃取,用ZORBAX SB C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×25 cm,5μm)分离,用乙腈与磷酸(0.1+99.9)溶液以体积比22比78组成的混合溶液为流动相进行洗脱,在波长276 nm处检测。黄芩甙的质量浓度在100.0 mg.L-1以内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为4.5 mg.kg-1。方法用于化妆品中黄芩甙的测定,加标回收率在76.8%~104.9%之间。
HPLC was applied to the determinations of baicalin in cosmetics. The sample was extracted with alcohol-H20 (75+25) mixture. The solution was separated on ZORBAX SB C18 column (4. 6 min× 25 cm, 5 μm) with mixture of acetonitrile and 0. 1%(by vol. ) phosphoric acid solution mixed in the radio of (22+78), as mobile phase and its content determined at the wavelength of 276 nm. Linear relationship between the peak area and the mass concentration of baicalin was kept in the range within 100. 0mg ~ L^-1 , with detection limit(3S/N)of 4. 5 mg . kg-^1. The proposed method was used in the determination of baicalin in cosmetics, and values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 76.80%- 104. 9%.
