在实验室质量体系运行中,技术方面存在着许多难点问题,诸如在质量监控中检测或校准结果及与规范的符合性、方法的确认、测量不确定度评定、设备和标准物质的期间核查、人员比对、方法比对、实验室间比对结果的正确判断等。对于测量不确定度的评定、设备和标准物质的期间核查、能力验证和稳健统计等问题已进行过介绍。此次专门针对检测或校准结果及与规范的符合性判定、方法确认、质量监控中离群值的判定、结果可接受性的检查、最终测试结果的确定、人员和方法比对,实验室间比对的正确判定等技术难点的解决方法进行了详细的介绍。
There are some technology difficulties in operations of the laboratory's quality system, such as the correct determinant for the test results or calibration results and compliance with specification, method validation, evaluation of measurement uncertainty, intermediate checks for equipments and reference materials, personnel comparison, method comparison, and interlaboratory comparison in the quality monitoring. The evaluation of measurement uncertainty, intermediate checks for equipments and reference materials, proficiency testing and robust statistical techniques have been introduced. Therefore, the solution for technological problems of the determinant for test and calibration results and compliance with specification, method validation, detection of outliers, check the acceptability of the test results, determine final test results, personnel and method comparison and interlaboratory comparison in the quality monitoring will be introduced in detail.
