摘要 作为超声无损检测的一种,Lamb波在介质中传播时,由于信号幅值衰减严重,传感器接收到的信号强度十分微弱,信号在进入采集卡的采集通道时,需要先放大信号,以达到采集卡的接收范围。为此设计了一种基于外围设备互连总线(PCI)的插卡式多通道程控增益电压放大器,它主要采用运算放大器对信号电压幅值放大,通过继电器控制不同电阻实现不同放大倍数,适应不同板材结构信号采集的需要。经性能测试,设计的电压放大器具有通频带宽、性能稳定、一致性好的优点,满足实际工程应用要求。 As one kind of ultrasonic wave nondestructive testing, Lamb sensor receives the weak signal intensity owing to the huge reduction of signal amplitude during the transmission process in media. Therefore,when signals enter into the channels of acquisition in the capture card,it needs to amplify signals to reach the receiving range of capture card. For that,it besigns a card style of multiehannel stored program control voltage gaining amplifier based on peripheral equipment interconnection (PCI) is designed, which mainly takes the operational amplifier to amplify signal voltage amplitude and realizes the different amplification factor through relay control's on resistance to adapt to different demands of signal collection in the different board structures. Through the performance testing, the voltage amplifier designed has the advantages of wide transmission bands and stable performance, good consistency, which satisfies the application of practical projects.
