摘要
目的为加强我国药品广告管理提供参考。方法通过文献研究,比较欧美药品广告监管措施和经验。结果与结论应从建立科学高效的监管体制、完善法律法规、加强行业管理等方面进一步加强我国药品广告的监管。
Objective To provide references for monitoring and supervision of pharmaceutical advertisements.Methods Literature review and comparative study were performed to analyze the Occident pharmaceutical advertising management.Results and Conclusion In order to further strengthen the pharmaceutical advertising management in China,we need to establish a scientific and effective supervision system,improve the relevant laws and regulations,and enhance the industry management.
