摘要
我国引进外资应进入模式转换期 ,要尽快实现从以数量扩张为特征的粗放型向以效益提高为特征的素质型转变。在致力于引资模式转换的同时 ,要在对引进外资不断跟踪分析的基础上 ,根据国内国际经济形势的变化 。
The task of our country's attracting foreign fund has come to its period of model change.The quantity-increasing type must be changed into quality-promoting type.On the basis of the model change, we must adjust our strategy of attracting foreign fund.
