摘要
目的探讨芪黄明目胶囊治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效。方法临床选取80例患者按随机数字表法平均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用二甲双胍、阿司匹林治疗,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上给以芪黄明目胶囊治疗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结果有效率对照组75%,治疗组87.5%。结论芪黄明目胶囊结合西药治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Qihuang Mingmu Granule for proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group used the metformin,aspirin therapy,group therapy based on the western medicine treatment were given Qihuang Mingmu Granule of Chinese medicine treatment.Results The efficiency rate was 75% in the control group,treatment group 87.5%. Conclusion Clinical curative effect of Qihuang Mingmu Granule combined with western medicine in treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy is good.
