摘要
《上刘府尊书》写于陈瑸仕宦以前,为其敦促雷州知府刘星修筑沿海堤防的请求书。通往篇饱含陈瑸急民所急的浓烈情感和焦迫心情,与刘知府的冷漠无为形成强烈对照。
Letter to the Lius was writen before CHEN Bin＇s Shi Huan （officialship） as his urge on the Leizhou Prefecture Magistrate LIU Xing to build the coastal embankment, in the form of a request. It was filled with CHEN Bin＇s worries about the people worries, full of feelings and emotions of urgency, with LIU Xing＇s cold inaction in a sharp contrast.
