摘要
基于邯宝高炉喷煤现场,对其所用无烟煤以及拟用烟煤的工业分析、爆炸性、着火点、灰熔点以及配煤燃烧率进行了系统研究。结果表明,煤焦库神华烟煤是最优选择煤种,其次是煤焦库府谷烟煤和济民烟煤;高平煤(包括煤焦库高平无烟煤和仁达高平无烟煤)是最优无烟煤选择煤种。煤焦库高平煤与神华烟煤组成的混煤为较好的选择。
Based on the coal injection state of Hanbao blast furnace, the physical and chemical analyses of anthra- citecoal and bituminite, such as industry analysis, explosiveness, flare point, ash fusion point and mix coal burning rate,were investigated systemically. The results showed that Meijiaokushenhua coal was the best kind of bituminite to be used in Hanbao blast furnaces, Meijiaokufugu and Jimin bituminite are the second choices. The optimal anthra- cite coal was Gaoping (Meijiaokugaoping and Rendagaoping anthracite) anthracite. The mixture of Shenhua coal and Meijiaokugaoping coal was the better mixed coal to be used in Hanbao blast furnace.
