摘要
目的探讨曼氏术和阴式全子宫切除术加阴道壁修补术治疗老年子宫脱垂的疗效。方法采用曼氏术治疗30例,阴式全子宫切除术治疗30例,比较两组的疗效。结果曼氏术组治愈率明显高于阴式全子宫切除术组(P<0.05);曼氏术组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症、住院时间明显少于阴式全子宫切除术组(P<0.05)。结论当患者病情允许在两种手术方式中选择的话,应优先考虑曼氏术。
Objective To explore the efficacy of the Mantrester operation and operation of removal the entire uterus and repairmen of the anterior and posteriorwall of the vagina for Uterine Prolapse.Methods Comparing the efficacy of the two groups,30 cases with the treatment of Mantrester operation and 30 cases with the treatment of removing the entire uterus and repairmen of the anterior and posteriorwall of the vagina.Results The cure rate of Mantrester operation group was significantly higher than vaginal hysterectomy group（P0.05）.The mean operative time,blood loss,postoperative complications,hospital stay time of Mantrester operation group was significantly less than vaginal hysterectomy group（P0.05）.Conclusion When the patient＇s condition allows to choice either one of the two methods,you had better to choice the Mantrester operation.
