An introduction was made on the personnel and equipment of Sanjia Electronic Co. Ltd, Tongling and the series of reforming measures the company adopted in order to improve their management level. A conclusion was by the continuously increasing sales income in recent years since they specialized their production on extruding moulds and plastic packaging moulds that die and mould enterprises should also take the road of specializing production.
