摘要
目的研究临床路径在子宫平滑肌瘤、子宫腺肌病手术患者中的应用效果。方法 2010年6月-2011年6月收治30例子宫平滑肌瘤、子宫腺肌病手术患者实施临床路径,与2009年5月-2010年5月收治的30例未实施临床路径患者进行比较,分析实施临床路径前后患者的平均住院日、术后自理能力、健康知识掌握情况、患者满意度等情况。结果实施临床路径后患者的平均住院日低于对照组(P<0.05);患者的术后自理能力、健康知识掌握情况、患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在子宫平滑肌瘤、子宫腺肌病手术患者中实施临床路径,可缩短平均住院日,提高患者健康知识掌握情况,促进了患者术后生活自理能力的恢复,提高了患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effects of clinical pathway in patients with uterine myoma or adenomyosis receiving hysterectomy.Methods Thirty patients with uterine myoma or adenomyosis from June 2010 to June 2011 underwent the hysterectomy with clinical pathway;another 30 cases with the same diseases without using clinical pathway were selected as control.The average hospitalization days,self-care ability,the health knowledge level and satisfaction degree of the patients were compared.Results In the clinical pathways（CPs） group,the average hospitalization days were shorter,and the self-care ability,the health knowledge level and satisfaction of patients were significantly greater than that in the control（P0.05）.Conclusion Using the clinical pathway in patients with uterine myoma or adenomyosis receiving hysterectomy can effectively decrease the average hospitalization days,improve the self-care ability,prompte the health knowledge and satisfaction degree of patients.
