摘要
目的调查上海市某社区缺血压性脑梗死患者的发病特点和主要危险因素,为社区下一步开展防治工作提供参考数据。方法从杨浦区某社区缺血性脑梗死患者资料库中调出近5年缺血性脑梗死患者的全部资料,剔除数据错误和数据不全的病例,所得数据用Excel 2000软件进行统计分析。结果①冬夏两季是缺血性脑梗死的高发季节。②70～79岁和80～89岁两组是缺血性脑梗死发病的高峰年龄段。③在80岁以下,男性发病比例明显高于女性,且随着年龄增长,男女发病性别比呈下降趋势。④高血压和糖尿病是缺血性脑梗死的重要危险因素。⑤学历高低与缺血性脑梗死的发生似乎呈反相关。结论①冬夏两季要加强缺血性脑梗死的预防。②70～90岁是预防缺血性脑梗死的重要时期。③男性是缺血性脑梗死重点预防对象。④有效防治高血压、糖尿病是预防缺血性脑梗死的重要手段。⑤加强缺血性脑梗死方面的健康教育和健康促进活动非常必要。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and major risk factors of patients with ischemic cerebral infarction in one of the community of Shanghai,which will provide reference for prevention and control work of the communities in the future.Methods All the documents of patients with ischemic cerebral infarction in the last 5 years in one of the community of shanghai were collected.Those patients with wrong or uncompleted documents were excluded.Statistical analysis was performed using the program of Excel 2000.Results ①Winter and summer is the high risk season of ischemic cerebral infarction.②Age groups of 70 to 79 and 80 to 89 are the peak of ischemic cerebral infarction onset.③The incidence of ischemic cerebral infarction is significantly higher in male than in female in people under 80 years.As people getting older,morbidity ratio between male and female is declined.④High blood pressure and diabetes are important risk factors of ischemic cerebral infarction.⑤Academic qualification seems to be negative correlation to the incidence of ischemic cerebral infarction.Conclusion ①Prevention of ischemic cerebral infarction should be strengthened in winter and summer.②70 to 90 years old people are the important period to prevent ischemic cerebral infarction.③Males should be the focus on preventing ischemic cerebral infarction.④Effective control of high blood pressure and diabetes is an important way to prevent ischemic cerebral infarction.⑤Activities to strengthen health education of ischemic cerebral infarction and increase health is necessary.
