摘要
目的评价剖宫产术中1∶1∶1液在蛛网膜下腔的阻滞效果,为临床提供参考。方法将拟行剖宫产手术ASIⅠ或Ⅱ级患者83例随机分为1∶1∶1组(A组,n=41)和布比卡因组(B组,n=42)。观察注药后患者的反应,术中血压、心率变化及肌松效果。结果 A组阻滞完善时间感觉阻滞维持时间明显延长(P<0.01),麻醉质量和肌松效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组较B组低血压发生概率降低(P<0.01),心动过缓、呼吸抑制、寒战、穿刺后头痛的发生及新生儿Apgar评分2组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 1∶1∶1液用于剖宫产术患者,术中麻醉质量和肌松效果较好,不良反应少,且感觉阻滞时间适合剖宫产术,临床效果更具优越性。
Objective Evaluate the block effect of 1∶1∶1 liquid in the subarachnoid space,and provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods 83 cases of patients with ASA I or II class,receiving the caesarean operation,were divided into 1∶ 1∶1group（group A,n = 41） and Bupivacaine group（group B,n = 42）.The intraoperative blood pressure,heart rate and muscle relaxation effect were observated after drug injection.Results After completing block time sensory block in A group,maintenance time was significantly prolonged（P 0.01）,the quality of anesthesia and muscle relaxant effect had no significant difference（P0.05）.Hypotension probability in group A than in group B is reduced（P0.01）,heartbeat slow respiratory depression,chills,puncture headache occurrence and neonatal Apgar score between the 2 groups had no statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion 1∶ 1∶1liquid for cesarean section patients,had better effect on intraoperative anesthesia quality and muscle relaxing,had fewer adverse reactions,and sensory block time for cesarean section,its clinical effect was more superiority.
