低温制备高效透明铂对电极及其在柔性染料敏化太阳能电池中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用真空热分解法在柔性ITO/PEN衬底上120℃制备高效透明柔性铂对电极,获得的铂对电极在柔性染料敏化太阳能电池中显示出较好的化学稳定性、良好的透光性及对I3-/I-有较高的催化性能.与染料敏化的TiO2/Ti光阳极组装的柔性染料敏化太阳能电池在100mW cm-2模拟太阳光照下,光电转换效率达到5.14%.相比较于其他制备铂对电极的方法,真空热分解法适用于低温在柔性聚合物衬底上制备铂对电极.
