摘要
本文介绍骨灰乳浊白釉的基础釉组成范围;组成、骨灰量、烧成温度对白度的影响。对骨灰乳浊白釉的微观结构、乳浊机理、影响白度的因素进行了探讨。指出骨灰乳浊白釉的乳浊现象是釉玻璃分相所致。
The range of SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 contained in the basic glaze which becomes opalescent when bone ash as an opalizing agent is added. The influence of composition on the opacity of glaze, the amount of bone ash added and the sintering temperature are investigated by examining the whiteness of the glaze. The microstructure is studied by XRD, OM, TEM and EDXA.The opalizing mechanism and the influence of the above factors on opacity of the glaze are discussed. Method of increasing the opacity of the opaline glaze are pointed out also in the paper.
