2011年南阳市某医院第3季度住院患者痰标本的病原菌分布及耐药性分析

摘要 目的分析南阳市第二人民医院第3季度痰标本病原菌的分布及耐药性,指导临床合理用药。方法对807例痰标本先进行涂片镜检筛选合格后,进行培养鉴定,并对其中病原菌进行相应的药敏试验。结果 807例痰标本中共分离出病原菌321株,其中革兰阴性杆菌占79.4%,革兰阳性球菌占14.0%,真菌占6.6%。在255株革兰阴性杆菌中,产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)菌株48株(大肠埃希菌27株,肺炎克雷伯菌21株),占18.82%。结论呼吸道感染的主要致病菌为革兰阴性杆菌,尤以大肠埃希菌最多,且多为多重耐药菌株。 [Objective]To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of common pathogens in sputum specimens in the Second People's Hospital of Nanyang City in the third quarter,guide clinical rational drug use.[Methods]After 807 sputum specimens were screened by microscopic examination,pathogens were cultured and identified,and the drug sensitivity test was performed.[Results]A total of 321 strains of pathogens were isolated from 807 sputum specimens,79.4% were Gram-negative bacilli,14.0% were gram-positive cocci,and 6.6% were fungi.Among 255 strains of Gram-negative bacilli,there were 48 strains of Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamases(ESBLs),including 27 strains of Escherichia Coli and 21 strains of Klebsiella pneumonia,which accounted for 18.82%.[Conclusion]The main pathogens of respiratory tract infection are Gram-negative bacilli,which are dominated by Escherichia Coli,and most of them are multidrug resistant strains.
