摘要
概述了大西北和黄河流域因社会经济发展与生态环境失调造成的各种不良后果 ,说明了草产业在环境治理和经济发展中的重要基础性作用 ,提出了以草产业为基础 ,综合治理的规划。
The causes of unbalance between environmental management and economical development in North west China and Yellow River region were discussed. The basic role of grassland husbandry both in the ecological and economical development for the region was illustrated and the strategy for sustainable development was proposed.
