摘要
针对大型反击式破碎机的工况和结构特点,研制开发了具有较高综合耐磨性能的超高铬铸铁板锤。板锤最佳热处理工艺为1020℃高温淬火+400℃高温回火,淬火回火组织为回火马氏体+共晶碳化物M7C3+二次碳化物+残余奥氏体,使用寿命为普通高锰钢的3倍以上。
In allusion to the working condition and structure characteristics of large impact crusher,we developed ultra high chromium cast iron plate hammer with high comprehensive wear-resisting performance.The best heat treatment process of plate hammer is 1020 ℃ high temperature quenching+400 ℃ high temperature tempering.The structure formed after quenching and tempering consists of tempering martensite + eutectic carbide M7C3 +secondary carbide+residual austenite.Its service life is 3 times more than ordinary high manganese steel.
