摘要
为扭转江垭枢纽引水发电系统施工初期严重滞后的被动局面 ,业主充分发挥工程建设的主导作用 ,合理调整施工进度计划 ,以关键路径为导向 ,制定切实可行的阶段目标 ,实行目标管理 ,严格控制关键项目工期。为了解决施工现场的矛盾 ,业主决定采取在施工现场召开协调会的方式 ,研究解决施工中出现的各种矛盾或技术问题 ,当天的问题当天解决 ,决不拖沓 ,大大提高了工作效率。同时也增加了业主、监理、设计与承包商之间的沟通和联系。
In order to change the passive lagging position in construction of the water diversion and power generation system of Jiangya project during the early stage,the owner of the project played a leading role in the project construction,properly adjusted the construction schedule with guidance of critical path and formulated actually feasible stage objectives to implement the objective management,strictly control the construction periods of key subprojects,In order to investigate and solve various contradictions and technical problems arising in construction,the owner was determined to convene coordination meeting at the construction site,leading to many problems to be solved immediately,the work efficiency to be raised greatly,and the cooperation and ties among the units of owner,supervision, design and contractor to be strengthened.These measures taken by the owner played an active role for smooth realization of the objective of power generation ahead of schedule at Jiangya project.
