摘要
结合华中电网水能利用提高率考核工作 ,总结了水电厂提高水能利用率的主要技术措施 ,并对各项措施的实际效果进行了量化评估 .重点针对水能利用提高率考核计算办法中存在的问题作了深入的分析和探讨 。
On the basis of the assessment on hydropower utility ration in Central China Power Network(CCPN), this paper summarizes the primary technical measures of improving hydropower utility ratio and gives a quantitative evaluation of each measure. The authors make a thorough analysis and research on evaluating methods of hydropower utility ratio and probe into corresponding solution advice.
